Presenting Court Filings on the Lively/Baldoni Legal Drama

The holidays are over and the Lively/Baldoni legal drama is back in full swing.

A whole bunch of letters hit the court’s docket this week. They were calling on the court to keep certain documents (&/or portions of them) sealed (or redacted) that were previously filed.

These documents largely pertained to the Wayfarer Parties’ Motion for Summary Judgment and Blake Lively‘s Opposition to that motion.

I’ll be keeping a close eye on the docket going forward (in lieu of watching crime drama TV) and sharing what gets filed on my Celebrity Justice Substack.

Because now that all the evidence is in, and much of what has been hidden from the public’s view is set to be revealed, it’s going to be very telling.

Why This Lively-Baldoni Legal Drama Matters to Me

In December 2024, Accuser Blake Lively alleged sexual harassment took place on the movie set of It Ends with Us. She publicized this accusation (& more) through the NY Times for all the world to see.

And then, for the past year, Blake and her lawyers & PR agents have been continually trumpeting her allegations without being held to account.

They have been distorting & embellishing facts along the way and deceiving the public as to what really went on during that time.

And the mainstream media is proven to be untrustworthy. Many of them are complicit in spreading an uninvestigated narrative.

Creating Valuable Content

Thankfully, there are many content creators who are following this case and talking about it.

Personally, I don’t want to be a YouTuber, TikToker or Instagram Reel-maker.

But I do want to “talk” about this case — to someone — anyone, really, who wants to know &/or understand the truth surrounding it.

So, I started my Celebrity Justice Substack a while back to help publicize documents being filed in this case (& others related to it).

I wasn’t interested in being a public commentator. And I came to realize that I didn’t even want to be a reporter on this subject.

I just wanted to present what I think is pertinent to know that gets filed on the public court docket. And to do so in a digestible manner.

I wanted to provide a valuable resource.

I wanted to make it easier for the general public to reference relevant source material.

Wading through every little thing that hits the court docket is off-putting. I doubt most will bother with it. (As of today, there are over 1,170 filings that have been made.)

The trial is set to take place in May 2026. And I think people may become more interested in the facts of this case.

So, I’m gearing up to working more on providing that resource. (Maybe I’ll get to meet some more people who share the same value for truth as I do. 🙂 )
